Short version: we store what we need to run the app and remember your choices, and nothing beyond that unless you say yes.

Essential storage

Used to keep the app working. These are not tracking cookies — mostly they're localStorage on your device.

Session — keeps you signed in and the app functioning.
Consent choice — remembers what you've agreed to, so we don't ask you every visit.
Local wellbeing data — your check-ins and reflections, stored on your device until you choose to create an account.

Analytics storage

Only set once you consent. Records anonymous product-behaviour events — never the content of your reflections or mood entries.

Advertising

Nothing advertising-related is set until you give advertising consent. If you arrived via a marketing link, UTM parameters are held only in your browser session, and only with consent.

Changing your mind

You can change your choices at any time from the footer of this site. Rejecting analytics or advertising is exactly as easy as accepting — one tap, no dark patterns.
